BTO unit Selection

Selected our unit!!!! The Long awaited day has come! 

I expected myself to feel jubilant. But I feel normal leh. 😄

So here goes..






We were both struggling to choose between waterway sunrise ii and northshore cove. Our initial plan was WS2 mainly because it's way nearer to our home and it has a not bad view of the park and river. So way back on February 14 2016, we were already bent on WS. 

But somehow along the way.. we got swayed. Mainly because the new MRT was going to be built there.

And it has a sea view instead of river.. next up was SIT. Uni is gonna be built nearby the estate area too. Furthermore.. a shopping mall would be somewhere around that area, 1 LRT stop away. 

So why not there?!

Struggled between those two especially for the past month. We only came to decide it last night (6JULY) after seeing here and there, scrutinizing the floor plan, site plan, estate area. We then decided "Okay Northshore it is" 



Then came the headache part...


WHICH BLOCK AND UNIT

Our main was so Long as sea view we will get it. But high floors were all taken up.. so the only one that caught our eye was a level 7 unit where rooms are facing the sea. But the level's a tad too mehhhh.

AND SOOOOO

At the last hour.. we decided for another block at the second highest floor. And based on what we've seen on the dummy estate plan at hdb, from the maindoor, looking out, would be the sea view. 

Down to hdb hub.. saw my bosses from my previous company and sigh. Mixed emotions came in. 

Okay don't digress. Back to topic.. 


So selected our unit and floor.. SUPER HIGH. Hope I don't chicken out and not dare to stand near my windows. 😂

Damn high please. But it's a good one. Privacy, windy. WHY NOT!!!! 


And so, cpf's our bff now.. 😂

And Tadah!! Our choice for NORTHSHORE COVE!

ONE THING DOWN and it's a relief..

While waiting for the queue. Funny thing is we both were Super major relaxed. It wasnt until our queue number were called and THATS where we were like OH SHIT and becoming nervous and all that stuff. 🤣🤣🤣 

Here I thought we were both Super zai. Ended up also... 

It was a pleasant journey mainly cos we were joking and laughing with the customer exec that were serving us. 😅

Not sure if we're there to be serious or to entertain ppl. Hahahahahhaha

And Tadah!!! Semi proud owners of our so called owned flat!! 

Hehehehe 

At least now we've settled this.

Glad everything's starting to fall into place now and I'm thankful for everything.

littlenaomi @sonotshort 423A . We wanted the river view but our ballot number too far. 😂 so coincidence both of us got the same place and getting marry next year.

sonotshort Different Blk from you! I’m gonna be at 425A. Yesssss the river view we’re selling like hot cakes. When it was our turn, only left with 7th floor but decided to not take it.
